But it takes incredible courage, ever evolving mastery of energy tools, and of course a little bit of luck to take that step into the unknown – into the future that hasn’t been created. Here we can lean on Marcus Aurelius’s timeless wisdom: “a blazing fire makes flame and brightness out of everything that is thrown into it.” It pairs nicely with Friedrich Nietzsche’s formula for greatness: “Not merely bear what is necessary, still less conceal it….but love it.”

This time in history will be remembered as a health crisis, and that’s what’s happening in the body, in the physical. But it will also be seen historically as a crisis of spirit – and by that I mean a crisis of meaning, and that’s something happening in the energy of things. It’s a great time to be psychic.
This is a time when we get to grow and to become more of who we really are. Transformation time means that you can finally let go of that old whatever-it-was that told you you couldn’t let go of it. That’s not up to it, whatever its Name is, (fear, pain, grudges, heartbreak, invalidation, anger, excuses, unconsciousness, bad experiences, mistakes you made, blah blah blah), it’s up to you. As you release this old heavy stuff-that-is-not-you, you have more space to grow.
To a psychic, everything is energy, so where we get caught here in the Creative process is not evaluating and reading the energy of the situation from a neutral Clairvoyant perspective, and being aware in our knowing of our place in the cycle of dreaming – of creating and destroying, but also in complicating or building – and the inverse – simplifying and editing. Once you see and know this dichotomy, and way of working energy, it is easy to clear everything out of the way that is not in service of where you are – so that you can be in your optimal creative vibration.
The Irish have a saying, “The past isn’t in the past.” The past is with you always; even if in the sub-conscious. It is saved on the hard drive of your brain and genetics in the body, and in the catalogue of your experiences as spirit. Most people are walking around carrying the heavy burden of this truth; but without a way to integrate and resolve those experiences to take steps into a future of creativity, lightness, growth, and validating experience.
In life, we go through lots of challenges where we are growing and learning. As a young person, our bodies spontaneously decide to grow in new ways, your hormones change, your voice changes, and your feelings are more intense. As we get older, you graduate from living at home to living without your parents, looking for a source of income, exploring your dreams, and maybe even falling in love.
Mistakes are how we learn, and sometimes we unconsciously make big ones in order to get to a new place within ourselves. If you get stuck in having been imperfect enough to make a mistake in the first place, that would be a bigger mistake.
The journey of a psychic is one of self-discovery. Before one can read or heal energy in another person’s space, one must know who they are, where they stand, what energy is theirs’ and what isn’t, and what their perspective is as a seer or healer.
Maybe you’ve measured your own worth by how much you get paid, what you have, how your body looks, or who you know. ‘It’s not what you know, it’s who you know’ may get you far in certain situations. But it won’t matter who you know, if you don’t know yourself.
The day I learned how to ground myself, I felt an immediate sense of relief and knowing. Until then, I didn’t know what I didn’t know – about what grounding could do for me. I had a vague idea that I needed to learn how to ground, and for a long while it was a big mystery as to how this would happen. Everyone I talked to about grounding had a different take on what it meant. I walked around for about a year saying ‘I need to learn how to ground myself’.
